Showers are not just a way to clean your physical body- they also “wash off” they energy of a day that you have picked up along the way. Quick showers in the am & pm (emphasis on “quick” so that you aren’t dehydrating yourself or wasting water) will keep you feeling refreshed.
1. HYDROTHERAPY! Blasts of hot and cold will get your blood pumping in the morning to wake up & in the evening to wind down. Essentially, start the day and/or finish the day with a shower that alternates from as hot as you can comfortably tolerate to as cold as you can tolerate in 6 quick cycles of hot & cold. If you have health problems you should always ask a doctor before doing this, as it is powerful!
2. AROMATHERAPY! Shower “fizzies” packed with aromatherapy will supercharge your shower. You plop one in your shower and it gets activated by the water, heat, and steam to “fizz” essential oils into your bathroom. We offer different fizzies; menthol/eucalyptus for relieving colds, lavender for calming and relaxing, lemongrass for uplifting! Or we can custom scent!
3. SCRUBS! Sugar’s small particles make an excellent topical exfoliant and are used in our body scrubs to exfoliate dead surface skin cells and reveal the glowing, healthy-looking skin underneath. Sugar scrubs also have a few benefits over salt scrubs. For one, small sugar granules are generally gentler than salt, which can cause microscopic tears in the skin; two, because of sugar’s natural humectants properties, these scrubs are more hydrating than salt scrubs, which can strip skin of natural oils.
